We are proud to announce the launch of our collaboration with Maison Kitsuné and Sungai Watch. Rooted in a shared vision of thoughtful design, the collection bridges Parisian refinement with Indonesian craftsmanship transforming environmental commitment into a tangible, wearable experience.

At the heart of this collaboration lies a simple yet radical idea: turning waste into value.
The project extends beyond material innovation. Through initiatives such as RIVERSOLE, developed in collaboration with Bali-based environmental organization Sungai Watch, discarded flip-flops collected from Indonesian rivers are transformed into new footwear closing the loop between pollution and product. What emerges is not just a sandal, but a story of regeneration where local ecosystems, communities, and craft converge.

For Maison Kitsuné, the collaboration represents a natural evolution: embedding sustainability into product rather than discourse. The capsule reflects a lifestyle shaped by movement between city and nature, Paris and Bali where conscious choices meet effortless elegance.
THE COLLECTION
Designed as an ode to slow summer living, the Maison Kitsuné x Indosole x Sungai Watch capsule reinterprets everyday sandals through a refined, minimalist lens. Terrazzo-inspired soles, created from recycled materials, introduce subtle texture, while a muted, sun-washed palette evokes natural landscapes.
The collection is structured around two key lines:
RIVERSOLE – Worldwide
A limited series crafted using recycled flip-flops collected from Indonesian waterways. Available in Sea Salt, Soil, Black, and Granite, these styles embody the most advanced expression of Indosole’s circular approach.

EASY LIVING – Worldwide
A versatile everyday line designed for global distribution, balancing comfort, durability, and understated design. Offered in Black, Marble, Peach Fruit, and Granite, these styles reflect a relaxed, cross-cultural lifestyle.
Across both lines, each pair is waterproof, vegan, and built for everyday use. The Maison Kitsuné fox subtly punctuates the design, grounding the collection within the brand’s visual identity.

ABOUT SUNGAI WATCH
Founded in 2020 by Gary, Kelly and Sam Bencheghib in Bali, Indonesia, Sungai Watch is now a team of 150+ passionate river warriors, working every day to create solutions to stop the flow of plastic pollution from going into the ocean. By designing simple trash barriers and operating a collection, sorting and up-cycling system, they have created a scalable approach to tackling plastic pollution. Sungai Watch are on a mission to scale their work throughout Indonesia’s most polluted rivers and expand internationally. To date they have collected over 4.8 million kilos of waste from Indonesia’s rivers!
